I love the product. The only thing is that the box got wet due to the location where the mail person left it. Lucky for me the water did not penetrate the inside of the box. l not order by mail again because if i had not found it in time, I would have had to return the wet box.

I like the tea itself but my last orders packaging is really bad. The actual tea bags are stuck to the sachet that covers it and when trying to take out the tea bag, it ripps and the loose tea flies all over or ends up loose on the bottom of the cup or caraffe.
