The set itself is great. The chairs are very comfortable. However, in the shipping we did not receive the fire pit. Just not there. Not an email explaining delay. Nothing. Contacted WM. WM said it was a delivery issue with deliverer. Should have the fire pit within 24hrs. Remaining optimistic that it gets delivered. Another issue is not having enough bolts, nuts, washers, and missing an entire set of a bolts. Paying $1000 and not receiving the necessary items to assemble is not okay. Paying $1000 and not receiving all items ordered is truly a scam!
