"Sunflower Oil. It's great for Frying!"
I fried chicken with this oil and it fried well. The inside was done and the outside was a little crispy; just as I like it. Doesn't take the oil long to get hot. I didn't 8smell any out of the ordinary smell when I opened the bottle or when I was cooking. I will be buying this oil again.

Doesn't seem to add any flair of any kind to my food cooks well at high heat except it just kinda disappears instead of burning which is good I suppose I used it for cooking sautéed some veggies at high heat in my cast iron griddle ( don't own a wok) and it turned out beautifully. Also not a strong smell

Frying couldn't get better
Okay, so illiterate people shouldn't write reviews. Just saying. Sunflower oil, no matter how processed, is full of Vitamin E, which is great for your heart and vascular system, not to mention- has a high smoke point. This oil leaves no flavor on your food. Walmart, PLEASE!!! Resource your supply of the 1 gallon bottles! Thank You!
