Poor quality product, sent damaged. Do not buy.

Both frames I ordered, at well over $100 each, both arrived damaged one on the front, the other on the corner. They were beautifully packaged so were sent out this way. Don't you have any quality checks? Such a waste of time for us both. Now I have to return them. If they were not damaged I'd have been happy with the color at least.
