Not bad

The trick is to put this in your mug prior pouring the hot coffee in. Its super clumpy like old school powdered creamer. But after a week I am noticing more bounce back from my skin. Hair is feeling fuller and hopefully growing (trying to grow out a pixie cut).

Vital Proteins makes a difference

I've been mixing vital proteins into my coffee for about 18 months and my hair is thicker and nails are stronger. My hair stylist of 22 years remarked at the thickness of my hair and asked what I was doing differently!

Tasteless and Useful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tasteless in my opinion which is great in my opinion. Mixes well with hot or cold drinks. You cant even tell it had been added. She a slight difference after a few uses. Great way to get collagen.
