These incontinence liners feature a polymer core that can handle a moderate to heavy flow of fluid. With a super-absorbent core system, these Hartmann pads channel the fluid away from the skin effectively and distribute it into the brief underneath. The polymer core seals the fluid in and neutralizes the urine smell. Another feature of the incontinence protection inserts is their anatomically contoured shape that provides a snug fit. Along with its barrier-free design, the contour allows the inserts to perform efficiently as boosters for similar products with barriers. The bladder control pads stay in place securely with adhesive strips. Available in a unisex design, the barrier-free bladder control pad inserts fit discreetly within the undergarments of both male and female users. These extra-large incontinence pads measure 24 inches long and 13 inches wide.

Don't waste your money!!!
These pads are terrible. No elastic at leg area but I understand why, urine leaks right through the middle of the pad, so elastic would make leaking even worse. Now it's evenly spread through the pad as well as down your legs on the outside. Just a waste of good money!! Don't purchase!
