They are very big but they allow for full coverage for my mom at night. She wears them along with pull up style disposable underwear. They can be slightly challenging putting them to stay in place by yourself. They hold a lot of urine and allow for the underwear to stay dry.

Great product for those with incontinence. For bed bound or ambulatory people, this pad can often be slipped out when wet and save a complete bed and/or clothing change! O.M.GOSH! These are the best! They're intended for diapers, I'm sure, so they're a little hard to fit them inside my pullups. But it's so worth the extra effort! i used to wear nighttime pullups with TWO nighttime pads in them, %26 I'd still soak through frequently. I'm on my second pack of these pads, %26 not only have I never soaked through, but I'm only using regular pullups now! Z overall it's a few cents cheaper each night, but it's wonderful to not be soaked in the morning!
