Ok but not great.
I'm not sure there is a really good griddle cookbook. Recipes were good but some were not for a griddle; they refer to grilling and grill marks. The recipes often are incomplete; ingredients are listed but not specifically used. You need to be enough of a cook to know they were used to finish the dish off the grill.
