The TG Specials set was designed for players who do a lot of volume and tone roll-off's. The Nickel-silver covers and a grounded copper-plated baseplate complete's the vintage vibe. All our Tele pickups feature our custom modified staggered pole piece for better string to string balance and response
The neck pickup of our TG Specials offers clarity, power, and the right warmth to be a versatile pickup for all styles of music. Our neck pickup is wound with 42AWG wire to give it the almost Strat like quality in its tone, while our bridge pickup uses specially aged magnets and is wound to retain the dynamic high end that many country player's demand while it being slightly overwound to give it the Low-end punch that screams Tele
