Traction and support for aerobics

I could tell that my walking shoes were NOT the right choice for aerobics and dance classes on a gym floor- I came close to rolling my ankles and my feet would hurt. So, I ordered these sneakers. They are very comfortable, and my flat feet felt very supported throughout class. There was no pain or discomfort, and my ankles did not roll at all. They fit true to size,although I do wish they came in a narrow width! That would make them absolutely perfect for me. I won't take a star off for that though, because it's not the sneaker's fault!

I bought these to do aerobic classes . my running shoes hurt when I did side to side movement . So I got a pair of these last year based on the web recommendation for dance . I wear 8.5 and bought 9M but they were just hitting my toe. So this year I got the 9.5 and perfect. I have plantar fasciitis and a bunion on my right foot. and these are great for class. nice support and really comfortable and light
