hard shell case prevents headphone use for us
We got the design with the elephant and it was adorable; very sturdy and protective for our iPad mini. However, because the shell that fits around the iPad is hard plastic instead of flexible rubber, we cannot insert the headphone jack into the port anymore. Sadly, we had to return for this reason, and will be seeking a case that has a flexible rubber fitting around the device, which will allow us to use the headphones.
