I'm Korea/American and kimchi is not only a staple for me but also comfort. My mom made it but I lack the gene for that particular korean talent. Result... this kimchi has familiar taste but the price point seems excessive. However, since we lack a real oriental grocery in this area it's Walmart to the rescue. Thank you Walmart for providing warm memories of mom, every time I open a jar.

I absolutely love this kimchi. The veggies are crisp with a nice snap and the spice level is just right. I'm thrilled to have found a store-bought kimchi that's as good as my homemade - other store-bought have sat on the shelf too long and lose that fresh crunch. Kimchi is a delicious superfood and this one checks every box. I could honestly eat it every day!

Best store bought Kimchi you will find!

I'm not sure why this item is reviewed so low. For a store bought Kimchi this is the best you will find for the price unless you go to a Asian market store . Very good and has Napa cabbage . Glass is always a plus as well. I have other kimchi and to date this is the best one that you will find fairly easy unless it is out of stock or discounted . I love the white kimchi they make just a little better. a well and I'm disappointed I haven't been able to buy it for awhile at Walmart as its out of stock a lot that's how much I think its that good! For a store bought Kimchi I would rate it a solid 9 out of 10 stars. The white kimchi they make is a 10 out of 10.
