Hard as bricks.

There was confusing shipment info. I got message it was delivered but all I received was an envelope. The letter inside said the freight company would arrange a date for delivery. I thought it was UPS but was USPS. It did arrive a couple of days early but no warning. I had to scramble to find someone to bring it in side. The mattress is so hard! It's like laying on the floor. Had to buy a 2" foam mattress to make it comfortably.
