Columbia mens Blood and Guts III Long Sleeve Woven Shirt Fossil XX-Large

When I first ordered the Blood and Guts III shirt I was truly expecting a rugged stain resistant shirt that would just be a good fishing and beat up shirt. Wow was I wrong! Not only is this shirt amazingly stain resistant and easy to maintain, it is one of the classiest looking fishing shirts I have ever owned!!! I wear this shirt on a regular basis, even to church, and it has become one of my "go to" everyday shirts! The material is above any other fishing shirt material in having an extremely soft and comfortable feel combined with durability! I own this shirt in both the Blue Heron and Commando colors and always get compliments on them. I strongly encourage you to give this shirt a try, I know I will be getting more!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been buying and actually wearing daily Columbia's PFG long sleeve shirts for over eight years now. I normally wear a XL size shirt but with Columbia's PFG shirts I can wear them as an over shirt. I choose to wear the Omni-Shade UPF Long sleeve shirts. I don't wear these shirts for fishing, I wear them for solar or sun protection. I live in Northern Thailand and I have for over eight years. Not only is there is almost 365 days of sunshine, there is high temperature along with high humidity. I ride a motorcycle so I'm constantly exposed to Thailand's weather elements (cool temps, high heat and rainy days). I need all the sun protection I can get. I've been so impressed by the Blood and Guts shirt (UPF 50) I've ordered a second one. I try to limit the number of washing that I put the shirt through because I don't want to loose or reduce any of the UPF effectiveness. I do get road grime on the shirt but that easily washes out. I normally get a year out each UPF shirt I buy. I also buy and wear the brightest colored shirts that Columbia offers. I do this in the hopes I can easily be seen by other drivers and riders for safety reasons...
