Great tankless. No shortage of hot water anymore.

Amazing tankless. We had a smaller Rinnai tankless and it was also good, but could not pump out enough hot water. You could have one shower going and anything else would be a trickle. With this bad boy we can run a couple showers and tub without noticing any slowdown in water flow. I only wished the remote display would allow for smart fill whereby the water shuts off when it reaches a certain level in the tub (smart fill). That was a nice feature on the Rinnai.

NCC300 replacement for NC380

Leaking heat exchanger on 12 year old NC380. NC380 no longer available in California. NCC300 was only similar unit available. I didn't necessarily want a condensing WH since SS flue already in place but had no choice. Unit works well.

Temperature trouble

Not a fan of the setting to go from 170 to 185. Wish is went in single or 5 degree increments. Also it doesn't actually get to 185 as we were told it would. 172 seems to be the max.
