I take Vitamin A in addition to E, C and D. The vitamin A has significantly improved my skin and seems to reduce the number and frequency of acne breakouts I experience. In addition I have changed my eating habits to include an increased intake of raw vegetables. Many of my peers are beginning to show age thru fine lines and wrinkles, while I have a few miniscule lines on my forehead they are barely noticeable. I credit the supplements, drinking 8 glasses of water per day and eating fruits and vegetables and minimizing processed foods.
