This is a very sturdy item. It would have worked if my father-in-law, could sit up right, but since he can't, because the top handle doesn't have the same options as the bottom handles, he leaned back too far.

not good

I did not like this sling and am returning it. The description of it says it is padded, I expected it to be soft padded. It is not, the padding is hard and stiff like cardboard which makes the sling stiff and hard to get under the patient and/ or pull it from underneath them.
