Very usable in my recepies.

Thank you for having a Gluten Free all purpose flour that uses Tapioca Flour in stead of potato starch, which I am allergic to. I have been using this flour in combination with oat flour and rice flour and have had good results. The ginger snaps were softer than expected, but delicious. The pizza dough was more like sandwich bread, but again very tasty. I plan to continue baking with this flour. Experiment with recopies till you get them the way you enjoy eating them. I wish it came in a 5 lb. bag. I recommend this product.
