It works!

The pad has worked very well under our area rug. The 8x10 rug doesn't move - even with grandbabies and the dog running on it. The furniture is set beside it, not on it, so it's all about the pad holding the rug in place. We have engineered hardwood floors. I cut the pad so that the rug overhangs the pad by the recommended distance.
