Restored Dell Latitude E6320 i5 2.5GHz 8GB 500GB DRW Windows 10 Pro 64 Laptop B Camera

got it 2 days earlier than estimated arrival ran great for about 10 minutes and then it shutdown no power the ac adapter sent with laptop was the wrong model. I had to spend $20 dollars to purchase a generic charger from Walmart so I could use it. paperwork that came with it was very generic and constantly requested to contact them to correct any issues before writing a complaint because it negatively affect them, well they not open on weekends so that was of no help I sent an email detailing the issue but will have to wait til later this week to hear from them. which means I would be without its use. NOT so they get a poor rating. once I got it charged it does work ok so 2 stars. so yea make it right would mean I would be without the use of it what 5 days not acceptable in my opinion.
