The Lockdown Compact Automatic Dehumidifier is the ultimate in humidity protection. It removes moisture directly out of the air using an ultra-efficient thermo-electric process. Water drains into a holding tank or directly to your drain with the built-in hose connection. Best of all, you set the humidity threshold so the Automatic Digital Control turns the unit on and off to regulate the humidity to your specifications.*Upon initial purchase you will need to adjust the humidity threshold to ensure it is at the appropriate level for the area. It may take up to 24 hours for the dehumidifier to adjust to the environment

Happy Camper
Bought this as a present for my husband to use in his gun room. Working like a charm. We were both surprised at the moisture it removes from the air. Inexpensive safeguard for a significant investment in firearms. Ran about two weeks before reservoir required emptying. Recommend automatic shutoff feature just in case.

Best solution for reducing humidity .
I am using the dehumidifier for my tack cabinet, not the advertised use, but IT WORKS!. I have tried several other products to deal with the humidity here in VA., but this is the only product which has done the job. My saddles no longer have mold while stored in the cabinet and keep in good condition. HIGHLY recommend this product for saddle and tack storage.
