Evenflo Position & Lock Value Adjustable Wood Baby Gate, Fits Openings 26 - 42 in. Wide

Works great for what I needed it for which was to keep a cat out of a room but not sure if it is appropriate for little kids. The plastic webbing used on this particular gate is flat and the edges are sharp which would not be ideal for little fingers that would possibly grasp onto them. I would've expected a baby gate to have rounded plastic for the webbing. If using to gate/barricade pets, would be acceptable.

This gate is not as pictured in all but one photo on the site. it shows the original stand by gate with the metal clamp. that is what i ordered BUT I received this crappy new fanfled plastic design that is hard to figure out and use. I wanted what was in the pictures , well 4 out of the 5 pictures. just be aware the item that you receive is not what is pictured. except for the one close up of the plastic closure. Inaccurate discription photo's.
