I absolutely love this pot. You can boil in it. You can fry in it. You can cook in it. You can do anything you want in it just about anything definitely worth having in your artillery. After burning up another pot. This is what I replaced mine with. I'm so happy that I chose this as my replacement. It's not a heavy weight to carry from sink the stove with water in it. It's something that old lady can handle herself. I definitely recommend this product.
