I originally ordered these running boards from a different retailer company. But after getting the "run around" for 3 weeks, no delivery, and finding out the item was not in stock plus no date when it would be available, I cancelled my order. I then contacted "REAL TRUCK" (who make the product) and spoke with "John" in customer Service who told me that although they did not have the item in stock, he found a few available at 2 retailers. He placed the order for me and the running boards were delivered within a few days. I am very pleased with the product, REAL TRUCK's prices, inventory and customer service (especially John) I will continue to purchase their products and recommend them!

Product is excellent. Perfect fit and very strong. Packaging really protected the boards in transit. Prompt communication and shipping by Real Truck. Will definitely buy from them again. Only disappointment was FedEx. Consistently inaccurate delivery updates. It's a regular problem we have with FedEx in this area. Please consider using a different courier.
