This has a very nice weight to it, and a good shine. It has a hole to hang it up, and a long enough handle to be well suited to a utensil crock. The bowl of this ladle is the wide, shallow style best suited for berries, small vegetables (peas or corn)sauces or gravies. Not suitable for long noodles or soups/stews. You need the deep bowl style for that. This is a very nice kitchen tool, and it looks great.
