We've one instance where it was very slightly lifted and it still lasted us the entire school year! Inconvenient customer service

Quality is great and that's why I've continued to purchase from French Toast. However their customer service is quite poor and inefficient. Seems like they work on a skeleton crew. I ordered 6 shirts but received 1 without a logo. After I called to report the issue, it was another 3 days until I got an email, only to say that I have to wait another 10-15 business days for them to send me a return label. Now I'm looking at almost a month to resolve a simple issue.

cute flower shaped buttons scalloped collars but the school logo patch seems really big also, I got this delivered really late and had to call and check on it a couple of times I've had 2 different orders and neither time did I get an email confirming my purchase
