In the never ending profusion of thousands of rock bands, The Left Coast Gypsies are unique. We are a solid and tight band, that does not practice much but do almost flawless performances. The members of the group can read each other that well. We have paid our dues with dozens of shows. Taverns, benefits, weddings, coffeehouses, festivals, every kind of venue you can name. We have depth. We could have just become another has been weekend cover band, but instead we have our own original lyrics and music. As artists we take our job seriously. We didn't just fall off the turnip truck. When music and poetry are comingled and roiled, you get song. We want to kill two stones with one bird. We do reggae, folk, rock, traditional, ballads, weepy love songs, anything. We cannot be classified. Just listen to this 1st collection.
