Safbrew WB-06 Wheat Beer Yeast
Specialty yeast selected for wheat beer fermentations. Produces subtle estery and phenol flavor notes typical of Hefeweizen wheat beers. Allows to brew beer with a high drinkability profile and presents a very good ability to suspend during fermentation. The liquid equivalents of this yeast are Wyeast 3333 German Wheat, or White Labs WLP 380 Hefeweizen IV. Dry yeast stores very well for long periods, and when properly hydrated prior to pitching presents more active cells than liquid equivalents.
