Warranty information
We stand by our products with a 5 year warranty. If your Prepara product has defects in materials or workmanship and is non-functional you may send it back to us for replacement. You will need to send us an original purchase receipt and the defective unit at your expense. We will send you a replacement unit. Please contact our customer service team at custservice@prepara.com.
