cheddar is better

I started buying the blocks of cheese and shred it myself for using. Personally, I love sharp cheddar cheese, and I normally take the 2 lb package and make 1 pound blocks and use my food saver to vacuum seal each one and store in the refrigerator. So, I just shred a block at a time. This white cheddar has a great taste, and I've used it in mashed potatoes, on baked potatoes, Mac and cheese, on a toss salad, pizza, grill cheese, and eaten alone. My family loves cheese so much that I have a section of space in the refrigerator just for cheese.

Delicious As A Snack Great In Your Recipes

I love White Cheddar cheese especially sharp cheddar. This was more mild than sharp, but it is still very delicious. I used it in a Ham and Cheese quiche and for Mac and Cheese Casserole. It came out perfect in both dishes and was quite delicious. I cut it into small cubes and ran it on the "chopped" mode of my food processor. It came out perfectly.
