Been using these for over a year. I have a lot of heel pain. These insoles feel so good that I don't think about my foot discomfort. The bumps have a massaging effect and also keep my feet cool. I've bought several other insoles including gel and memory foam but I'm replacing all of them with these. If you're someone who is distracted by massaging or textured sandles then these probably aren't for you butfor me they are the best insole purchase I've ever made. Highly recommended.
