The Velcro as shown on the pictures are sewed backwards and will not stick to each other which is the reason this item is being sold as Used. This item is actually new and the reason it's being sold as Used is because the Velcro was sewn backwards and they didn't want to revise it. Normally this item is sold at a much higher price. Please keep in mind that the velcro as shown in the pictures is not been fixed but the zippers are just fine. If you don't care about the velcro then this is the top for you. Thank you
