Exactly what I was looking for

It's a concentrated powder and gives you a ton of servings. Great value. A serving is 1/4 teaspoon so I finally have use of my 1/4 teaspoon that's been sitting in my drawer for years. I add it to my protein shake every morning. It has a strong earthy smell and flavor but mixed in with my protein shake it's a very minimal. Definitely recommend it but I wouldn't take it straight up.

Bulk Suppliments is a good place to shop. Lots of variety, good prices and good shipping times. I bought a product new to me Ashwagandha Extract, there is some new research hoping to show this could help auto-immune issues, but there is many prior reviews that caution against use if you have auto-immune issues as this may further increase the activity of your immune system and worsen systems.
