  • Variety of ways to enjoy – organic Assam black tea can be enjoyed as hot tea, iced tea, or to make kombucha tea. To enjoy as tea, steep 1 tsp of tea in boiling water for 3–5 minutes. To brew kombucha, use 2 tbsp per gallon of kombucha, steep for a minimum of 10 minutes in about 2 cups of hot water, then dilute with cool water until it reaches room temperature before adding your culture.
