I bought the womens medium for my 13 year old daughter. She wears an adult medium in tshirts although adult smalls fit her too. She usually wears an adult small in athletic shorts and is 5'6'' 115lbs for size comparison and these fit her great! A smidge big in the waist but just enough to not be too tight. The quality is great and you can't beat the price!
