GLI Monsoon Inground Solar Reel, Fits Pools up to 16' Wide, 3" Diameter Tube

This reel is very well constructed. Assembly was very straight forward although the pictures on the instructions could be larger. A couple of tips to anyone else. Place a drop of blue threadlocker on the threads of the 6 through bolts on the tube to keep them from working loose. I did predrill pilot holes for the bolts that hold the straps to the tube to allow for the bolts to screw in easier. I used a 9/64ths drill bit. Also the hubs that the tubes mount to remain open on the ends. this could be an invite for insects to nest inside. I plugged these off with some foam rubber until I can come up with a better solution. I was very pleased to find that it comes with rubber feet as well as casters as in my situation it needs to be stationary. The reel is very easy for one person to use. The wheels on both sides are a great benefit when starting to roll up to keep the cover flat when starting out. I highly recommend this reel. It is definitely worth the money.
