Handi-Foil 1/2 Size Steam Table DEEP Broiler Pan. (2-9/16" deep). These broiler pans are made with extra heavy duty 50 gauge aluminum. At 2-9/16" deep, these are much deeper than typical retail broiler pans. What makes these pans unique is that they are actually 2 pans in one. Along the bottom is a secondary grease and oil absorbent liner, which allows for healthier meals. Perforated holes catch fats as they drip to the bottom, and the raised broiler rack keeps food away from from grease. These pans are exclusively patented by HFA, not easily found in retail supermarkets. They will withstand high broiler/oven temperatures and are ideal for commercial use as well.
