Great Multivitamin for Prenatal Health
This is the first time I have used gummy vitamins. My normal prenatal vitamin was unavailable so out of necessity, I wanted to make sure I had something comparable as far as the amount of DHA and folic acid. I was very pleased at the flavor—I was worried it might taste fishy but does not at all! They do not melt or stick to each other and easy to chew. I would definitely consider buying these in the future even if my normal vitamin is in stock.

I got this after giving birth to my daughter and my obgyn recommended I take this while breastfeeding. Throughout all my pregnancies I have taken prenatal vitamins this brand but never in the gummy form but decided to give these a try. I was extremely nauseous throughout my last pregnancy and probably wouldn't have been able to stomach these flavorful gummies on a daily basis but post pregnancy it is ok. They are fine, taste ok, not bad. I'll continue taking them until I stop BF.

I purchased the gummies, and they taste just like a piece of candy with on after taste. I. haven't been on them long enough to tell if the biotin is helping my hair to grow, but time will tell with that. My immune system feels better, I'm not catching a lot of colds or allergies like my family.
