Charged it first thing as per instructions, next morning started it up followed all of the Microsoft prompts to the point of uploading all of my website info, all three mail sources. Shut it down for four or five hours for my grandsons Birthday. Then when I tried to boot it up again nothing on screen each time the power button is pressed the keyboard lights for about five seconds then nothing, the only thing happening now is some kind of code flashing over and over from Type-C plug-ins (five(5) white flashes and three(3) orange/amber flashes). WEB says its a well known problem with the Inspiron 14, something about a "power-rail issue" not even sure what that is so I need to return it for a refund. HOW can I do this now with all my personal info on it. This is what the laptop was purchased for because my 14yr old tablet is failing.
