This grid-tie / string inverter supports both 120 of household grid, single phase. When connected to the grid 240Vac, the current is halved that compare to connection to 120Vac. Lower current allows use of thinner electrical wire, lowering wire cost and electrical fire risks. For 120 Vac to grid, just connect the cable from inverter to any USA household socket.
