Nice size, mostly metal, can't use multiple strips

It is a nice size 4.5" long so it fits in your hand perfectly. It is made mostly from metal just a little plastic on the top. I have found that the brand of staples actually matter the cheap ones tend to just bend and not go through so I did pay for more expensive staples which is why I gave this only 4 stars, it doesn't go through the amount of pages that it is supposed to easily. It doesn't take a full strip and it doesn't work well if you put two strips in. The first few times I tried to use the staples they "buckled" in the shaft. Once I took out the two strips and just had one it worked much better.
