Ordered PINK w/METAL quick release buckle. Received RED w/PLASTIC quick release buckle. What I received appears to be well made, but not what I ordered. That being said.The packing slip has this statement " If there are ANY problems with your order, kindly contact us PRIOR to leaving feedback on our account: we pledge to do whatever we can to correct the problem! Our goal is 5 out of 5 stars!" Two emails and a phone call/voice message later, no response from Downtown Pet Supply. Looks like a local rescue group will be receiving a nice red collar and I'll need to look else where for the type of collar I want and move on from Downtown Pet Supply.
