Pain to build but worth it
The assembly was confusing and there was definitely one moment where the instructions made me feel like I was back in school and the teacher throws a curve ball question at you to make sure you were reading the directions, and even though you studied those instructions as though your very life depended on it you were stuck in the thralls of confusion and self doubt, and this happened multiple times through out the build, but once you made it through the whole thing, your actually left with a really beautiful piece of furniture for both you and your pets. I have a large breed dog and a medium breed dog, and although only the medium one has made it inside of the kennel so far, I have had both of them sitting on top comfortably and even playing king of the hill, (the larger dog one) so over all pain to put together but sturdy beautiful piece after that was fairly easy to modify. I took all the metal doors that were not structurally necessary off to give my dogs and cats full access and freedom of choice and cut an old rug to fit over top to give the animals traction and comfort to lay on top and sun bathe
