Fairly easy to assemble and looks so much better than standard kennels. Very solid. My only concern is the weight it can hold. I weigh 165 and had to climb into it during installation and felt like the board may fall from the bottom if more weight was put into one spot. It's perfect for my lab and golden retriever though and is esthetically pleasing!

Took less than 2 hrs to assemble. Easy to get dogs in and out. Seems sturdy enough for 2 60lb dogs. Wish it was just a tad wider ( maybe 2 in.) front to back wise. Looks great!
