Legs stretch out and ride up

Very comfortable when I first put them on. Waistband stays put and does not roll, and I really like the long inseam on the legs. However, the legs stretch out very quickly and ride up. By the middle of the morning they are up around the top of my thighs. Very uncomfortable. I wish they had more structure and would stay put.
