This is a good, fairly sturdy little table. The ONLY issue I have, and it's a small one, is that it's height it just about an inch taller than all of my other office furniture. That's a little strange, but it's ok!

This table was easy to assemble. It seems very light weight...which is good for me. I cannot recall how much weight is recommended. I may put a sewing machine on it at times altho mostly it will not have heavy items on it. It looks very nice and modern and was a good price. it fits in front of my bedroom window very well so I can look out as I work. Also it matched a foldable chair I had purchased from Ikea 2 yrs. ago so they look good together.
