I like the taste better than stevia (or allulose)

I am trying to limit artificial sweeteners because of studies showing changes in gut microbiome and possible increased risk of dementia. I do not like the taste of stevia. I use just a few drops of this with cocoa and whey protein powder and I like it. I use a bit more with some tru-lime powder to make a limeade. I do still use erythritol sometimes, but I have seen that this brand has an erythritol monk fruit combination product so I am going to try that also

This little bottle lasted me like 3 months or something. I don't know, but it was a *long* time. I use 4 drops per cup of tea. No need to use sugar. And no need to worry about added ingredients. All monkfruit works for me. It sweetens my tea just right.

i like this product because it contains no other ingredients such as dextrose or maltodextrose , which are the same as glucose and spike blood sugar. Most of the sweetners out there today contain these as well as other toxic ingredients. ever wondered why you cant lose weight? read your labels and buy American made. like knowing it is produced and inspected in USA.
