Terrible

I will never buy from this company again. I bought this necklace at the beginning of February it is not what it looks like in the picture and when I got it it was broken in half. I bought this for my son's 21st birthday which is tomorrow I'm still trying to get my refund they weren't in the building to receive my package that I had to send back to them because you can't just return their products at Walmart. They received my package yesterday and I still yet to receive my refund. They are basically holding my money hostage that's for my son's 21st birthday during a pandemic after I had to scrape that money together to begin with never again will I order from them extremely unprofessional
