Direct contact with weights and bars can cause rips, tears, blisters and calluses to your hands. These palm grips will reduce the risk of skin lacerations and provide a better, safer grip.
These grips eliminate slippage with a durable leather that is soft on hands, but tough on weights. They also include a Velcro strap so you can adjust them to the right size for you, making it easy to increase workouts and reduce injury.
Coming in small, medium and large, you can get the grips that are right for your hands, giving you the most natural feel for your workout. To find the right size for you, measure your hand from the base of the palm to the bottom of your middle finger.
