I have enjoyed using my Oliso but after approx. 15 months I experienced a problem that required I contact customer service. I purchase via Amazon, went to my Amazon account to the original order details. There was contact info that I used to reach a live English speaking person! They walked me through a test to verify if the iron could be re-set. When that didn't do the trick they initiated the process for a replacement. I followed the process and within 2 days received the new iron. Wasn't expecting issues but Oliso definitely backs up their products.

The iron is very nice but wish they would last more than a year. I am not hard on them as I iron once a week just for my clothes. I also use it for making baby quilts but I only make one or 2 a year. My 1st one lasted almost 3 years but my 2nd & 3rd lasted a year. I appreciate that they were replaced at no cost but don't understand why they don't last longer.
